Affiliate Platform Integration (Post Affiliate Pro) - Postback set up.

We are having some technical issues with our affiliate programme set up. Specifically the issues is with setting up postbacks - the data is not showing in the affiliate's third party system. Our tracking platform is Post Affiliate Pro. We are looking for someone experienced in affiliate tracking who can troubleshoot the issue.
